E3D Hot End

The E3D extruder page on the soliwiki has a near infinite amount of information on switching to the E3D hot end.

I will need to finish hooking up the new power suply as described in the Bed Heater Upgrade page.

I will also need to switch to the Solidoodle Jigsaw Replacement Extruder mk5 as part of the process.

As a result of all these changes I'll also need to redesign my PWM Fan Mount (or find a suitable replacement on thingiverse).
