Ever since Joe Biden dropped his campaign and Kamala Harris took over, the Trump campaign seems to be running against:

• FBI director Christopher Wray
• Taylor Swift
• Miley Cyrus
• Jennifer Aniston
• ...

I haven't seen any evidence they are running against Kamala Harris though.
