Soda Can Opener

Inspired by Can opener and lid, I decided to reproduce the design in OpenSCAD (because I have too much time on my hands :-).

Suppose you have a soda can that needs opening?

Insert the opener under the tab like so:

Now lift and rotate to open the can:

And if desired, cover the opening by pushing the opener back down and rotating 180 degrees:

Seems to work like a charm, and saves your finger nails on stubborn cans. The cover feature probably doesn't seal tight enough to stop spillage, but might reduce the volume of the flow, and keep bugs out.
