Cleanup: Just the Instant Pot

Ingredients: Had to find Polenta grits at Fresh Market, other ingredients available at Publix.

I made this early to split up into microwave containers and eventually put Beef Ragu on top. It seemed to cook according to the original recipe just fine: Instant Pot Polenta

The only adventurous bit was trying to scoop it out into several containers. Gooey blobs of polenta kept wanting to drip off the spoon.

I did get the ragu cooked and spooned over the top of the polenta. It heats up nice in the microwave the two taste quite good together.
