I made the paneer using this recipe, Stuck the frozen butter chicken sauce in the instant pot on the keep warm setting till it had mostly thawed, cranked the heat up to lowest temp slow cook mode, stirred in the peas and the paneer, simmered for a while and ate it like chunky soup.
