Mushroom Stroganoff

Taste: Wonderful.

Cleanup: Mostly just the pot.

Ingredients: All available at Publix

Followed the recipe as written. The taste is absolutely wonderful, but a few pieces of pasta were a bit more al dente than I'd like. Perhaps should mix everything else in a bowl and put the pasta and water on the bottom and dump everything on top of it (or just run 6 or 7 minutes instead of 5). Maybe bow tie would cook faster than the Fusilli I found.

I used one 8 oz package of baby bella sliced mushrooms because 8 oz is the size it comes at Publix.

The parsley was a pain to cut up, and I'm not sure I believe it contributed anything to the flavor. May leave it out next time.
