I usually add cheddar cheese and butter, but half the ingredients for a single serving. Summary: 1/2 cup grits. 1 1/2 cups water. Cover with foil, cook time 10 minutes, natural release 10 minutes. Take bowl out of IP, remove foil, stir in butter and cheese, put back foil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Finally, remove foil and eat 'em up. |
