Barbecue Cabbage Sandwiches

Taste: Pretty good.

Cleanup: The sauce makes things messy.

SuperFast Barbecue Cabbage Sandwiches

This worked OK, but I actually suspect it would be easier on the stove top (spooning the cabbage out of a shallow pan would certainly be easier than reaching down into the instant pot). It is also mostly just a way to convey barbecue sauce to buns, I don't feel like the cabbage was actually a major part of this :-).
