Taste: Very good.

Cleanup: Not bad, mostly just the pot.

Instant Pot Ethiopian Cabbage And Potatoes: Atakilt Wot

Needed to use up some cabbage and also had some carrots and potatoes to get rid of, and found the above recipe. It was easy enough to prepare, but I got an overheat warning with just the 1/4 cup of water. Added more water and started it back up, and this time no error.

Haven't eaten a whole bowl yet, but tasted it, and it seems nice.
