Tall Vase

I seem to be able to print tall stuff:

I got this model off thingiverse and printed it in vase mode (just one wall continuously extruded as the build plate moves steadily down). I'd never tried that before, but it certainly seemed to work well. The Z axis made it to 159.95mm at the end of the print, so the vase is just shy of 160mm (or 6.3 inches) tall. Took 1 hour and 32 minutes to print using 0.3mm resolution.

Looks good at a distance, but flaws are revealed in a close examination:

Some places with little bumps of extra filament on the spiral, other places where there are tiny gaps between layers on the spiral.
