Oolong TeaI've assembled all the ingredients I need to become a tea snob! :-). My loose leaf Oolong tea instructions says 4 grams of tea in 200ml of water (6.76 ounces) at 80 degrees Celsius (176 degrees Fahrenheit) steep for 2 minutes.. My electric kettle can achieve 176 degrees in short order. I can steep the tea in my cast iron tea pot. My 3d printed Tea Strainer can filter out the leaves as I pour into the cup. I'll give it a try tomorrow morning. I hope I like it. It is indeed very nice just by itself with no additives (like milk or sugar). I think I'm goinig to like this most mornings. |
