Shrimp SaladThis Shrimp Salad recipe looked good. So I combined it with this Sous Vide Shrimp recipe (using 140 degrees for 30 minutes) to make the shrimp salad. Not a big fan of corn, so I left that out, and not a big fan of huge carb laden buns, so I'm planning on low carb wraps instead. It all came together easy enough and is in the fridge where I'll make wraps with it later today. OK, had some wraps. They were OK, but they aren't making me think I never want to eat anything else. Not sure I'll make this again, chicken salad seems a lot better to me. |
