Roasted ChickpeasThis Alton Brown recipe uses canned chickpeas. I had a bag of dry chickpeas, so after a bit of an internet search I found an equivalent amount of dry chickpeas to match a can after they are cooked, and cooked them in the instant pot, then proceeded with the recipe. They smelled terrific while roasting and the flavor is good, but they are a bit more rock-like than I was expecting (some of them, anyway). Maybe canned would have worked better. |
