Low Carb Pizza

I've extracted the recipe from the video so I don't have to follow along every time I make this.

start oven heating to 350

oil some parchment paper in a sheet pan

one heaping cup shreeded mozarella

pizza seasonings

1/4 cup egg beaters (which is more or less equivalent to one egg if you have eggs but no egg beaters)

1/4 cup parmesan

blend everything together

scrape ingredients out to sheet pan (9x12)

spread out and compact into a rectangle with smooth bottom spoon.

[A variation I found good was to bake just this "crust" for 10 minutes, then add the toppings, including tomato sauce and bake for another 10 minutes]

add toppings

add more mozarella

350 degrees till golden brown (15 minutes)

let cool for minute

run spatula between crust and paper

cut into pieces and eat

[another variation is to use the sauce for dipping the pieces]

By using a tortilla as the crust, you get pizza taste without the vast amount of bread pizza normally comes with.
