Onion RingsThis frozen onion rings recipe seemed like a brilliant idea, so I had to try it. Unfortunately the Alexia Onion rings I used don't seem to have much physical strength, two or three of them fell off the rotisserie rod as they broke under heat. They all tasted fine though, but were perhaps a little crispier than I like. Perhaps 10 minutes at 375 instead of 12 minutes would be better (and I'll just use the baking tray, not the rotisserie rod next time). Note: 10 minutes at 375 was terrific using two trays to hold single layers of onion rings and swapping the trays when it beeped at me to flip food. |
