Onion Pork Chops

Came across this recipe for baked pork chops topped with onion dip. It sounded interesting and I thought I'd try it.

I only used 8 greenwise pork chops (which come in a package of 4) and they seemed to fill the baking dish OK. Baked them with temp probe set to 140 in one of the chops, but many other chops were only at 130 or so when the probe alarm sounded, so I gave it another 5 minutes, and that seemed to get all of them up to 140. Took slightly less than the 30 minutes specified in the recipe. There was an unexpected amount of liquid in the dish after cooking, but perhaps that's normal.

They seem to have come out very nice. The onion topping is tasty and the pork chops are juicy and delicious. I've got a bunch left over and I'll see how well they reheat in the air fryer.

I see air fryer instructions for reheating range from 375 to 380 and 2 to 5 minutes, I'll see how it goes. Tried 375 for 4 minutes and it came out perhaps not hot enough. Use 380 for 5 minutes next time.

I had leftover pork rinds, sour cream and onion soup mix, so I made onion dip to dip pork rinds :-).
