Keto Ice CreamThis Keto Mason Jar Ice Cream recipe is dead simple and tastes really good. I used a mason jar the first time I made it, and it was a lot of work. I made it a few times in the blender, which works very well when you are integrating frozen fruit (I had some blueberries in the freezer), but stains the plastic blender jar something fierce when making chocolate. My latest version made chocolate ice cream by mixing eveything in a glass bowl with an electric hand mixer till I achieved stiff peaks (or nearly, anyway). I then scoop everything out into a plastic container I pop in the freezer. This has the advantage of allowing me to lick the mixer blades and scrape out and lick the bowl :-). |
