Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing

This recipe is in the collection here. I made it because I needed some salad dressing, and had all these ingredients on hand. I adapted it for weights since it is easier to squirt sticky stuff into a bowl on a scale than it is to get it out of a spoon.

123 grams plain yogurt (1/2 cup)

30 grams Dijon mustard (2 tablespoons)

42 grams honey (2 tablespoons)

22 grams cider vinegar (1 1/2 tablespoons)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix it all up and spoon it into an 8oz jar (it just fits) and leave it in the fridge to let flavors blend.

Hopefully this will be good on salad or as a cauliflower or chicken strip dipping sauce (I mention because I have both of these on hand right now).

NOTE: The Publix brand lowfat plain yogurt I had tastes surprisingly good all by itself.
