Deviled HamAn off the cuff vitamix recipe: Big thick slice of ham cut into cubes. A good glop of mayo into the blender, followed by another glop of mustard, a couple of handfulls of dill pickle slices, a few dashes of tobasco, a few grinds of pepper, then blend till it is a paste (using tamper to force the ham chunks down). My skinny spatula was very successful at getting everything out of the blender, so not much loss due to gloppiness. Seems very tasty even if I'll never exactly reproduce the recipe. Makes a nice wrap with some cheese and onion added. |
