Savory Coleslaw

I have always found sweet coleslaw somewhat annoying, probably because my Mom used to make savory coleslaw all the time.

I found this recipe for a slaw that finally adds no sweetner of any kind.

I didn't have garlic salt, so I used garlic powder. I made it without bothering to chop the slaw into bits, and I should finally be able to recreate my childhood treat of hot dogs chopped into bite sized chunks on savory coleslaw. (If I got really ambitous, I'd make some keto croutons to go with it, but that's more work than I want to go to at the moment).

...Pretty good, but I think I'll add more black pepper the next time I have hot dogs and slaw.

Just tried this again with mostly greek yogurt instead of mayo (yogurt too thick by itself, needed some mayo). Seems pretty tasty.
