Cheese Sauce

I found this cheese sauce recipe, and made it almost as described.

The liquid wasn't really hot enough to melt all the cheese completely, so I put it back over low heat while whisking.

It was wonderful over steamed cauliflower. Probably try broccoli next since I have plenty left over.
