Cabbage, Beans, and SausageI made this Cabbage, white beans and spicy sausage recipe, and it was pretty darn good. It even came out of the oven looking a lot like the photo: (No parsley since I didn't need to impress anyone). One head of cabbage fit into the 12 inch cast iron skillet and about three batches (leting the first ones soften and reduce a bit to make room for more). I'm calling it four servings (with three now in the fridge). I'll see how it reheats tomorrow. I used Publix brand hot Italian sausage, and it didn't try to take the top of my head off, it was just a little spicy. |
