Tomato and Butter Chicken soupA total experimental dish I either imagined myself or forgot reading about somewhere. One 28oz can San Marzano tomatoes, blended into a soup-like consistency. The leftover butter chicken sauce from the freezer. Dump the frozen sauce in the blended tomatoes, stick in fridge, wait for sauce to thaw (then stir well). I'll find out how good (or horrible) it is later... It isn't horrible, but I don't think I'll be trying it again, it is just OK. |
