Broccoli Cheese Soup

Having made popsicles with my new vitamix, I thought I'd try a savory recipe next. On the vitamix web site they have this Broccoli Cheese Soup recipe.

Followed it as written, and it is very impressive that the blender can also heat the soup, but it is the loudest 5 minutes and 45 seconds you'll ever spend cooking something :-).

Took two bags of frozen broccoli florets (steamed in the instant pot for 0 minutes at pressure) to get the amount of broccoli required. There was a little left over and I distributed that between the three containers I stashed the soup in to provide a little chunky texture.

I just took a little taste and it was very good. I think the almond milk is a good milk to use in this. I'll find out how well it reheats later.
