Brazillian ChickenI found this recipe that sounded good so I decided to try it as my first air fryer experiment. I made it pretty much as described, and the air fryer certainly cooked the chicken legs perfectly well, but it wasn't as big a flavor explosion as I imagined it might be. It was perfectly edible, but I'm not sure it was any better than just salt and pepper might have been. The legs I got seemed to have plenty of meat, so I used 25 minutes, but I was well above the 165 degrees the recipe wants at that time. Probably 20 minutes would have been fine. Gotta look for a lemon garlic chicken recipe next time. Got leftover legs I'll try cold tomorrow. |
