Air Fryer Hot PocketsFound this recipe for cooking extra crispy hot pockets in the air fryer. I'm giving 350 degrees at 13 minutes a try with some pepperoni pizza hot pockets. First good sign: No filling dripped out of them and burned. They were good (or at least as good as hot pockets ever are) and there was zero cleanup. I couldn't find as much as a crumb left on any tray. ... I've cooked these a few times now, and finally had one blow out. What a mess. Cheese stalactite hanging from the tray, cheese stalagmite on the drip pan. Fortunately the non-stick coating survived and cleaned up nice. I guess an occasional blow out evens things out for the times when there aren't even any crumbs. |
