Air Fryer Chicken LiversNow that I have the air fryer, I was thinking about things to make, and remembered that it has been decades since I had a Fran's chicken liver dinner (they sold the place long ago). I found this recipe for Air Fryer Chicken Livers and gave it a try. Worked pretty well (though messy to prepare with all the dipping and dredging). At the recommended 390 for 10 minutes, they were quite a bit over the target internal temp of 165, so perhaps 8 minutes would be better next time (I still have half of the livers left to cook). The livers fit on one tray which I had in the top position, there was a lot of dripping, but the nonstick surfaces cleaned up OK. |
