Tea Strainer

This is on thingiverse as Tea Strainer.

I got this nice cast iron teapot for brewing tea:

It comes with this infuser inside it to make the tea leaves all claustrophobic:

So I don't want to use it in the teapot, but I will need to strain out the tea leaves when I pour the tea into my cup. Thus was born this gadget for holding the infuser and using it as a strainer at the end of the process rather than up front:

It sits in the cup like so:

Turned out that the tea leaves were so big, they formed a natural logjam in the spout, so no leaves came out (at least with the tea I used), but that doesn't mean a few won't slip through someday, so I should probably keep using this filter just in case. (The tea is quite good, by the way).
