Butter Chicken

Taste: Very good.

Cleanup: Not bad, mostly just the pot and blender.

Ingredients: Garam Masala is hard to find

World's most famous butter chicken recipe at: Butter Chicken

Not wanting to go crazy till I found if I liked it, I ordered already made Garam Masala from amazon, everything else was easy to get at publix. (Not sure I like it enough to start making my own Garam Masala though).

Followed the recipe for the chicken and sauce (dead easy to make), made roast cauliflower rice to go with it. Used a bag of frozen cauliflower rice so it took longer, but I didn't need to mess up a food processor.

One variation: NO DAMN CILANTRO!

Wasn't time to eat when I finished, so everything is packed up in pyrex containers with sauce spread over it all waiting to be microwaved. I'll find out how it tastes when lunchtime comes around (Tastes pretty good - a few minutes at low power heated it up nicely without separating the sauce).

Lots of leftover sauce, maybe I'll sous vide some chicken breasts and use the sauce to make warm chicken salad.

On my! I finally got everything I needed to make my own Garam Masala and it takes the chicken to a new level. It was always good, now it is better.
